Subscription orders are roasted and shipped every Monday, and are always shipped for free, so you can have something fresh in the home consistently.

Subscription FAQs
When will my subscription arrive?
Subscription orders are roasted and shipped every Monday. All orders are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage. For people in the DFW area, expect orders to be delivered in 2-3 business days. For people outside of the DFW area, expect 2-4 business days for delivery.

What happens if I'm out of town?
If you're away for awhile on holiday, or need coffee to stop showing up for any other reason, you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time online.
Just head to your subscription portal on our site and edit your subscription however you need to.
How does billing work?
You will be billed for your initial subscription purchase when you check out, and you will be billed on Mondays at the interval that you subscribed.
If you have a weekly subscription, you will be billed every Monday, and if you have a twice a month subscription, you will be billed on 2 Mondays a month for your coffee, and if you choose a monthly subscription, you will be billed every 4 weeks on Monday.
How often do the SEASONAL coffees rotate?
We rotate our single origin coffees fairly regularly depending on coffee availability and seasonality. We'll let you know when a change is coming!
How do the rotating subscriptions work?
If you select a rotating subscription from one of our product lines, you will receive a different coffee from that line every month. Our CORE and FARM team offerings have a set schedule, where each offering rotates on the month.
For example, Disco in January, Nouveau in February, Juicyfruit in March, etc.
