Ethiopia’s Sidamo region is one of the best known coffee producing regions in the world. Like the rest of Ethiopia, it’s divided into several woredas (districts) and kebeles (communities) with washing stations throughout—each offering unique terroir.

This natural process expresses itself the way we prefer, reflective of place. Where it was grown, cultivated and harvested. A lot of processes today are overtly more about the process than the place or culture or people that produced it. So with this one, we celebrate it - a cup ripe with sweet dark red fruit, strawberry cake donut, and held together with a sparkling, bright limeade acidity.
